Turnkey manufacturing, toll packaging and raw material sourcing
Use one, or combine them. Most programs start with a Sigma formula and grow from there.
Sigma supplies the formula and raw materials, granulates the product and fills your bags. Humate and beneficial microbes go into every granule, in large (SGN 250) or fine (SGN 110) grades.
Send us your product and bags. We net-weight fill, close, lot-code and palletize on dry lines from 2 to 50 lb, plus totes and bulk. Liquids are filled into your bottles, jugs, pails or totes.
Worm castings, blood meal, bone meal, corn gluten meal, minerals and other premium soil amendments, plus conventional fertilizers to round out your line.
