The rules at a glance

Using the Sigma logo

  • Never change the artwork. Don't redraw, retype, recolor, stretch, rotate, or add shadows, glows or outlines.
  • The dots are always Sigma red on the primary logo. The retired multicolor logo is no longer used.
  • Give it room. Keep clear space on every side equal to the height of the SIGMA letters.
  • Minimum size: 1.25 in (32 mm) wide in print, 140 px on screen.
  • Right background: white, Sigma black, Sigma red or a calm, dark photo area. No busy textures, mid-tone grays or bright colors.
  • Co-branding: your logo and Sigma's side by side, separated by a thin line, with Sigma at least equal in visual weight.
  • Product names exactly as written, such as "Sigma 4-4-4 Bio" and "Sigma Liquid Foundation Program". Don't retype analyses, rates or claims; use Sigma's data sheets.
  • Fertilizer claims only. Sigma products are fertilizers, biostimulants and soil amendments. No disease, insect or weed control claims, and no comparisons to named competitors.

The story behind the mark

A look inside the granulator

The Sigma mark is a window into how our products are manufactured. The ring is the view looking straight into a rotary drum granulator. The dots are granules tumbling and building inside it, and together they trace the S in Sigma.

Every Sigma granule starts that way: raw materials turning in the drum until they become a uniform, dust-free granule. The logo has changed color over the years. That idea has never changed.
